General information

The SoftExpert Workflow application allows for starting processes and filling out forms offline. When internet connection is established, the desktop and the application synchronize, updating the actions triggered in both environments.

In addition to offline use, the application allows you to explore resources such as the camera and the files on your mobile device in order for information to be recorded in the process form.

 

Prerequisites

To use the SoftExpert Workflow application, your organization must have SoftExpert Suite updated to version 2.1.9. Learn more at www.softexpert.com.

There are some prerequisites for using the offline process start feature on the application:

Process Component: when creating processes on the computer, it is necessary to make them available for use on the application and associate the responsive forms that must be filled out.

Form Component: in order for responsive forms to be associated, they must also be available for use on the application. Click here to learn how to create a form on your computer and make it available for use on the application.

The application will only connect to environments (domains) that have certificates with a complete certification chain and issued by a certifying unit.

 

When creating the form with the offline configuration enabled, the system will issue a notification if there are any inconsistencies in the form.
